Nie wieder Positive: Mit ÖV gut zu erreichen. Zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Ruhiges Schlafzimmer in den Innenhof. Negative: Unerträglicher Gestank nach asiatischem Essen in der Wohnung, der nach 3 Tagen Lüften auf das Niveau von alten Putzfetzen sank. Abgewohntes Appartement. Verletzungsfalle Türstopper im Bad. Fernbedienungen des Fernsehers funktioneren nicht.

All in all we had an absolutely positive experience! Positive: It‘s a nice, warm and comfortable place perfectly located in Seefeld. Few steps away there are bakeries, supermarkets and nice coffee house. The lake is just down the street and the old city is also easy to reach by foot. Dimi was always available and helped us if we needed anything. Negative: The walls in the house are thin so you can here neighbours arriving their home at evening but nobody was loud or harmful late at night.

Positive: Apartamento situado em zona servida pelo elétrico 2 que atravessa a cidade de Zurique, do lago às montanhas, (Albisrieden), perto do lago, do jardim chinês e do parque infantil adjacente, a 30 metros da paragem, no início de uma tranquila rua transversal, com 2 Coops a 300 m. Contacto com o anfitrião muito fácil. Acvesso por elevador. Amplo, arejado, luminoso, com chão em madeira, quarto com porta e cozinha muito bem equipada, com área de refeições adjacente Sala espaçosa, com sófá-cama e uma 2ª área de refeições. Casa de banho pequena, mas com dois lavatórios e muito espaço para colocação dos produtos de toilette. Negative: Banheira um pouco alta (ñ adequada para quem tenha dificuldade em erguer as pernas) e resguardada por uma cortina, bonita e muito limpa, mas que encosta ao corpo durante o duche e não contém adequadamente a água, como pode ser constatado pela persença de danos por humidade no armário adjacente.

Excellent location - tram stop and the lake shore nearby. Very cozy, clean. Everything needed for kitchen is in place. COOP store within 5 min walk. The host is very responsive. Oleksii

The location is brilliant, but it is a little hot without air conditioning in a hot day. Positive: Location is super convinient.
