will stay again, but not in summer. Positive: Location is very good. near the lake and the park. Transportation from there to any place is easy. The property has large, cosy rooms and a well-equipped kitchen. The property was clean and neat, Negative: One single fan in those extremely hot days was not enough. An additional bigger one, or even better, a cooler, would be very appropriate.

Perfect for a visit in Zurich Positive: Excellent location. Very nice apartment.

Lovely flat in a fantastic location - hoping to come again Positive: Location is superb - right next to the tram stop and within a very short distance of at least 3 excellent cafes. There are 2 supermarkets within easy walking distance too. The lake is very close by and the flat is in a lovely part of Zurich. Also there is a lift to the flat so you don't have to climb the stairs. The balcony is lovely to sit out on too. Negative: The doorstop in the bathroom is a bit of a trip/toe stubbing hazard. We also had some problems with the hot water which turned out to be a property wide issue but this was really just bad luck and was sorted by the owner/property management company as soon as possible.

Spacious and well-located apartment with a comfortable layout, but somewhat dated, with inconvenient Positive: The apartment was quite spacious and in a great location, with separate dining and living areas that made it feel very comfortable. Negative: The apartment feels a bit dated and there was a slight smell upon arrival. The kitchen utensils were rather limited/basic. The biggest drawback was the check-in and check-out policy — the times are less convenient than the industry standard, with absolutely no flexibility. Although the building includes a washing machine, you need to go to the office in person to collect it, which is inconvenient. Finally, the mattress was quite cheap and not very comfortable.
