Spacious and well-located apartment with a comfortable layout, but somewhat dated, with inconvenient Positive: The apartment was quite spacious and in a great location, with separate dining and living areas that made it feel very comfortable. Negative: The apartment feels a bit dated and there was a slight smell upon arrival. The kitchen utensils were rather limited/basic. The biggest drawback was the check-in and check-out policy — the times are less convenient than the industry standard, with absolutely no flexibility. Although the building includes a washing machine, you need to go to the office in person to collect it, which is inconvenient. Finally, the mattress was quite cheap and not very comfortable.

Positive: La comunicación, la iluminación y buen gusto, la limpieza, la luminosidad y aireación, los espacios amplios y cómodos pensados para que el huésped se sienta como en casa especialmente si la estadía es prolongada, la cama y almohadas, la ubicación y medios de transporte. Definitivamente recomendable. Negative: Nada

Very good appartment to stay Positive: Very good apartment with means available. Modern furniture, very convenient well sofa-bed as additional sleeping place. Quiet inside, with very good public transport around the corner. Walking distance to the lake beach. Coop an d Migros nearby. The best to my experience in Zurich. I stayed there the second with pleasure. Negative: Nothing to say. Liked everything

Everything was good, communication easy and quick responses. We added one day - easily done. They cleaned the apartment the day before (including the fridge) which was some miscommunication somewhere. O well. We'll come back!

Nie wieder Positive: Mit ÖV gut zu erreichen. Zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Ruhiges Schlafzimmer in den Innenhof. Negative: Unerträglicher Gestank nach asiatischem Essen in der Wohnung, der nach 3 Tagen Lüften auf das Niveau von alten Putzfetzen sank. Abgewohntes Appartement. Verletzungsfalle Türstopper im Bad. Fernbedienungen des Fernsehers funktioneren nicht.
